Anthony Cahill

Anthony heads up our international office in Dubai and is responsible for global business development and managing a network of strategic international partnerships. These trusted in-country relationships provide strategic market access, validation and group referrals to bolster student recruitment.

Prior to joining iheed in 2016, Anthony was a strategic adviser with International Development Ireland focused on technology investment attraction in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. He previously spent 7 years as market adviser with Irish Government agency Enterprise Ireland, with roles at the Embassy of Ireland in Abu Dhabi and in Dubai managing a client portfolio across FinTech, EdTech and Aviation.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce International Degree with French (University College Dublin), spending a year at HEC Business School in Paris. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Selling (TU Dublin) and Beginners Arabic (Eton Institute).

Originally from Dublin, he has lived in Paris, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Riyadh. He is currently based in Dubai with his wife and daughter. Away from work, he loves sports and travel and has a deepening interest in history and social entrepreneurship. He wishes he was fit enough to keep playing football or could swing a golf club!
