Dr Kunal Patel

Dr Kunal Patel is a physician who works within the nexus of international development, public health and travel medicine. His clinical and academic work focus on the themes of technology, patients, public health approaches to clinical research and health education & training. 

His extensive work at iheed and within the international development sector, forming partnerships and developing research, has been instrumental for primary care system strengthening and in advocating for greater health education globally. His recent clinical work has focused heavily on the NGO sector response to the crises such as the Ukraine conflict, climate emergencies and the recent earthquakes in Turkey.
