Driving Excellence Together: iheed and RCPI Celebrate Shared Achievements

07 Apr 2026

The iheed team were delighted to welcome our RCPI colleagues to the iheed office recently - a great opportunity to catch up over coffee, reflect, align, and strengthen ongoing collaboration across the programme suite.

The day began with a review of our partnership to date. It’s always good to step back and look at how much we have achieved together. Since the partnership began, we've welcomed and graduated over 6,500 students, a milestone that speaks volumes about the impact of our joint efforts.

The team also took the opportunity to formally acknowledge our Joint Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the culmination of an extensive period of reflection, review, and refinement of existing processes. These procedures provide a clear and consistent framework to support operational excellence and ensure quality and scalability as we continue to grow.

Throughout the day, we focused on a few key areas of mutual interest: advancements in automation, data hygiene, and continued efforts to support every student on their journey with us.

By sharing insights and aligning strategies, both partners reaffirmed their commitment to delivering the highest standards of education and support.

Both iheed and RCPI are excited to explore new ways to innovate and enhance the student experience, ensuring that our online programmes continue to evolve in line with the needs of learners and educators alike.

Beyond the formal sessions, the visit also offered the opportunity for more informal engagement. Conversations continued in the kitchen over coffee and scones, creating space for relationship-building.

"We were delighted to visit the iheed team in person and to take time together to reflect, celebrate and build on the strong, long-standing collaboration between RCPI and iheed. Meeting face to face is a valuable opportunity to align on priorities across the programme suite and reaffirm our shared commitment to delivering an excellent experience for our learners".

At iheed, we recognise how valuable it is to connect in person and these visits are vital to building successful partnerships. We are always delighted to welcome visitors to the office. It gives us a chance to stop and acknowledge the work we do contributing to healthcare provision worldwide, enhancing the capabilities of experienced healthcare professionals around the globe.
