Professor Muhammad Liaquat Raza is an accomplished academician, researcher, and educator with over 20 years of experience in pharmacology, neurosciences, and health informatics. He holds a PhD in Medical Neuroscience from Charité University of Medicine-Berlin, Germany, and completed postdoctoral fellowships in Molecular Neurophysiology at Lund University, Sweden, alongside fellowships from prestigious institutions across Japan, Singapore, UAE, Spain, and Australia.
