Roxana is a Clinical Leader and Advanced Clinical Practitioner with a passion for combining healthcare expertise and technology to improve patient outcomes. With over a decade of experience in urgent care, primary care, and digital health, Roxana has led innovations in telemedicine and clinical pathway design. 
 
Holding an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and an MBA, they bring a blend of hands-on clinical knowledge and strategic leadership. Their work has ranged from managing complex clinical operations to shaping national training programmes for multidisciplinary teams. As Clinical Leader for a leading telemedicine provider, Roxana has overseen digital service delivery, workforce development, and the implementation of safe, effective AI-enabled care systems. 
 
An experienced educator, Roxana has mentored undergraduate and postgraduate learners, developed evidence-based training materials, and created competency frameworks to support career progression in healthcare. Their teaching is grounded in real-world experience, blending clinical insight with an understanding of how data, technology, and AI are transforming modern healthcare. 
 
In the AI in Healthcare programme, Roxana is committed to helping students explore not only how AI can enhance prevention, diagnosis, and personalised care, but also how to ensure these technologies are safe, ethical, and patient-centred.
