We are delighted to welcome you to celebrate your academic achievements at the University of Warwick, on April 1st, 2023. Graduations are an important milestone in a student’s journey and this event will provide an opportunity to celebrate your achievements with your colleagues, friends, and family at the University of Warwick.
Plans are well underway for what promises to be a unique and memorable on-campus event in recognition of your graduation milestone.
The iheed Graduation Team, together with our colleagues at the University of Warwick, are delighted to invite you to what is sure to be a very memorable occasion. Registration is now open for the graduation event here.

Registration for the graduation event is essential for all attendees. Please register your attendance by completing this online form.
Each graduate is permitted to bring up to two guests for the ceremony. If you plan to have more than two guests in attendance, please contact graduation@iheed.org. Please be aware that extra tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis.

Everybody graduating will need to wear full Academic Robes. You will need to hire robes in advance of the date. Robes must be ordered from our provider, Ede and Ravenscroft. You will not be able to graduate unless you are wearing the correct Warwick robes from Ede and Ravenscroft.
You should order your robe at least two weeks prior to the start of the Degree Congregation at this link here .
You will need to know the date and time of your ceremony, your qualification (e.g., Masters/PGDip in Diabetes, MSc/PGDip in MedEd) and your height, chest and hat size to order your robe - please have this information to hand when you order.
You will need to collect your robes on the day of your graduation, prior to your ceremony, from the ticketing and robing area. There will be staff on hand to guide you if you are unsure where this is.
The University's official photographers, Ede and Ravenscroft, will be present on the day to take your official photographs should you wish (read more).
The venue for the ceremony, the Butterworth Hall, is wheelchair accessible. However, if you or your guests require assistance to access the venue or other parts of the campus, it is essential that you contact us in advance on graduation@iheed.org so we can provide you with the service you need.
If you are travelling from outside of the UK, check the latest UK government rules and guidance for arriving in England from another country.
Warwick Conferences can offer accommodation at one of their on-site hotels. Scarman and Radcliffe are just a short walk from central campus and Warwick Arts Centre, making them an ideal location for Graduation.
