Niamh Barrett

Niamh is the Programme Co-ordinator for the Diploma of Paediatrics. She looks after the day-to-day running of the course and the Paediatrics support emails answering student queries and questions.

Niamh graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a B.Sc. Education Studies and is currently studying her master’s in Psychology of Education. Her stud is on how research impacts educational methodologies and practices, and how they are rapidly changing, and being adapted within and outside the educational system.

She previously worked as an Early Years Educator within a pre-school using the Better Start initiative and focusing on the High-Scope curriculum.

Niamh has a passion for music, having been part of many choirs, singing in various competitions and completing the silver medal in the RCSM singing exams. She is also working towards completing her Grade 8 in violin.
