Siobhán Jones

With a background in university lecturing, electronic publishing, instructional design, and technical writing, Siobhán has over 20 years’ experience within the ‘traditional’ classroom learning environment of academia, and within the blended and online environments of electronic learning,

She attained an Irish Research Council Government of Ireland Scholar Award for her Ph.D. studies, and has had several academic articles published. Siobhán also holds an MA in modern media history and additional certifications in medical writing, UX design, and screenplay writing.

Within the sphere of instructional design, Siobhán has experience that traverses the medical education, medical device, clinical research, and financial sector industries. She is passionate about creative writing also, and has achieved runner-up status in Irish and UK novel and script-writing competitions.
